Our Story

Birdello was born on the golf course.

A few months ago, during a round with friends, every time we had a chance at birdie my buddy would shout, “We’re gonna need a birdie shot!” Curious, I asked what that meant. He pulled out a bottle of cinnamon whiskey.

Here’s the thing: In that moment I thought, Why should this be the only way to celebrate?

As we finished the round, I kept thinking about what I’d actually want to raise a glass with. The answer came quickly: limoncello. Authentic, Italian, bright, crisp, and refreshing — a drink that feels like pure celebration. So I asked myself, What if the birdie shot wasn’t whiskey at all, but premium limoncello?

That’s how Birdello was born.
